Planning without plans
For clients who have not yet commissioned plans we have the complete solution. Our relationships with a diverse group of architects and building designers lets us recommend a design professional to suit your style and budgets. We then work together as a team (of client, architect and builder) to provide a ‘complete solution’ that reduces challenges, enhances time management, and makes real cost savings.

Planning with plans
For clients who already have plans, we can tailor a solution. Our ability and willingness to work closely with our clients’ own architects lets us add value to an established process – through initial design concepts, to plan-preparation, to approvals and commencement. Alternatively, we can approach the construction stage as an independent process and simply pick up the plans, see the permit …and run with the project!
